PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the error correcting method of an A/D conversion circuit preferable to a radiographic imaging apparatus for medical use requiring high image quality. SOLUTION: The output signal of an A/D converter is connected synchronously with the output signal of any one of a plurality of A/D converters. A means for performing this correction is configured by a differentiator 805 for detecting the difference between outputs of the plurality of A/D converters, a memory 807 for storing the output of the differentiator 805 so that it is associated to the output of any one of the plurality of A/D converters, and a differentiator 806 for detecting the difference between the A/D converter and an output of the memory 807. With this configuration, a sense of incongruity of an image generated due to the non-linear error of the A/D converter can be reduced, and high image quality can be realized.
