PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing capable of stably securing time when the rolling bearing can be used without seizure, even in a dry-run condition where a DN value exceeds 1,500,000. SOLUTION: Since a ball 4 of a three point contact ball bearing 1 is made of a ceramic of silicon nitride, even when relative slip is generated between an inner ring 2 serving as a rotating wheel and the ball 4 due to high-speed drag, smearing caused by metal contact between the inner ring 2 and ball 4 can be prevented. Even in the dry-run condition where the DN value exceeds 1,500,000, the time when the rolling bearing can be used without seizure can be stably secured. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
