PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high corrosion resistance equal to that of hexavalent chromate in spite of a rust preventive film structure combined with a hexavalent chromium-free chemical conversion film. SOLUTION: The hexavalent chromium-free rust preventive film structure is composed: of a zinc-nickel alloy plated film comprising, by weight, 9 to 20% nickel and covering a metal base; and a hexavalent chromium compound-free chromate film covering the zinc-nickel alloy film.
