PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily deposit a thin film consisting of silver chloride or essentially consisting of silver chloride and having a photochromic function only by a vacuum deposition means. SOLUTION: A vapor deposition material consisting of silver chloride or essentially consisting of silver chloride is dissolved by heating-up in a plurality of stages at≥100°C, so as to be vacuum-deposited.
