This shoulder prosthesis comprises a glenoidal component (6) that is meant to be anchored in the socket of the shoulder blade. According to the invention, this glenoidal component (6) comprises a distal anchoring stem (20) and a proximal collar (21), where the distal anchoring stem (20) has a substantially I-shaped transverse section, that is, a central core and two lateral partitions roughly perpendicular to this central core and having a helically twisted shape, and the proximal collar (21) has at least one hole (30) drilled therein; and the prosthesis comprises at least one screw that is meant to be fixed into the hole (30) of said collar (21) and inserted into the bone.
