FIELD: oil industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used in production of liquid and gases as a part of an upsetting or operational column. Device comprises coupling and nipple, bearing frame made of perforated pipe, in each hole of which there are sheared plugs and filtering elements. Plugs are made hollow, reliably fixed in holes of perforated tube by expanding which provide sealing of the bearing frame of the well filter. Filter elements are fixed in holes of perforated tube by rings and welding. Sheared plugs are made from corrosion-resistant steel for cold deformation. Holes of perforated tubes are made with bore for installation of filter element and ring, diameter of the filter element larger than diameter of sheared plug. Ring of the filter element is installed flush with the surface of perforated pipe and fixed by welding at least at three points.EFFECT: simplified manufacturing, reliability of work increases, ruled out damage during installation in well.10 cl, 7 dwg |
