PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply deal with an increase in wind mill variations. SOLUTION: Blade members 15 are screwed on a rotating body 12. In this structure, a plurality of wind mills 17 in different shapes and kinds are constituted by merely changing the number of assembling pieces and positions of the blade members 15. As a result, this constitution eliminates need of newly installing a forming die each time the shape of the wind mills 17 is changed, making it possible to simply deal with the increase in the variations of wind mills 17. Moreover, with blade members made ready having different shapes from the blade members 15, both types can be used selectively or mixedly, greatly increasing the wind mill 17 variations.
