PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a spout capable of smoothly performing a pouring operation in a pouch container. SOLUTION: In the pouch container, a sealed part is formed on the outer peripheral part of opposed film sheets, the unsealed part 1a surrounded by this sealed part is filled with a content, and the spout can be formed by opening the sealed part. The pouch container is equipped with a projecting part 1d three ways of which are surrounded with the tip part seal part 1q and side part seal parts 1p and 1r, a flow path holding member 2 whose central shaft 2A is arranged along the direction from a base end part to the tip part at the central part in the width direction of the projecting part 1d, and a half-cut line 1g continuously provided on the surface on the tip part side of the projecting part 1d, and extended on parts of the side part seal parts 1p and 1r. The half-cut line 1g projects a spouting guide part with a convergent shape on the tip side of the flow path holding member 2 and is formed on the same direction side as the eccentric direction of the projecting part 1d.
