A methods for controlling dioxide-sensors temperature of a CDA vehicle is provided to control an oxygen sensor temperature properly by interrupting CDA operation in case temperature drop degree of exhaust gas is over specific value. A methods for controlling dioxide-sensors temperature of a CDA vehicle employs variables adopted only when operating a CDA(Cylinder De-Activation) besides a variable employed basically when calculating exhaust gas temperature. CDA is interrupted in case temperature drop rate of exhaust gas while CAD is working is over specific value. The specific value is maximum heating rate of an oxygen sensor by heating duty. The variables employed in operating CDA comprises a CDA operation time, outdoor air temperature, and vehicle speed.
