A signal transceiving method and a signal transceiving device are provided to increase error correction capability of a bit, and to reduce a detection error of a signal frame. A signal of a first frequency band is received(S451). Layer 1 information is obtained from a preamble of a TFS(Time Frequency Slicing) signal frame of the received signal(S453). The layer 1 information includes an identifier of a starting RF(Radio Frequency) channel that receives a first PLP(Physical Layer Pipe). The TFS signal frame is parsed by using the layer 1 information. The first physical layer pipe(PLP) is obtained from the TFS signal frame(S455). The first PLP is converted into a service stream(S457).
