A molding apparatus for manufacturing an inner sole of shoes using gel resin is provided to make the inner sole having good tactility through protruded parts made of gel resin. A molding apparatus for manufacturing an inner sole of shoes using gel resin comprises the followings: a mold base(10) forming a lower plate input part(13) and having an air discharge lever(11) and a heat supply part(12); a lower plate(20) forming a mold frame input part(23) and in which an air inlet hole(21) and a heater heat line(22); a mold frame(30) combining with a mold(34); a film(40) combining with the mold frame; an intermediate plate(50) combining with a mold base; an outer cover(60) fixing the gel resin; and an upper plate(70) fixed with the intermediate plate and a hinge(1'), in which a grip(71) and a height control unit(72) are formed.
