The method for the production of economic manure, comprises drying fermentation remnants under use of exhaust gas from heat and power cogeneration plant in biogas plant. The drying is carried out in mixing dryers with interior rotating converter in different axle bearing and rotation directions with the help of exhaust gas under mixing of surrounding air or under use of air air heat exchangers. The sequence drying procedure is carried out with the sequence of exhaust gas introduction in the rotation-mixing dryer. The sequence drying in the later stage is carried out by utilization of condensation warmth with the help of heat exchanger to air drying process for pre-drying of the economic manure. The utilization of chemical and physical characteristics of the exhaust gas is carried out in connection with the chemical valence of the fermentation remnants. The controlling and regulation of the production process and/or its single parameter are carried out for the total drying procedure and its single sequence.
