PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grindstone molding jig which can automate the molding work of a grindstone while keeping a dimension of a guide and its accuracy, and a grindstone molding device using the grindstone molding jig.SOLUTION: A grindstone molding jig 40 comprises: a first holding part 41 having a first groove 44 whose cross section shape is circular arc; a second holding part 42 which is fixed to the first holding part 41, and has a second groove 47 whose cross section shape is circular arc at a position in which the second holding part opposes the first groove 44; and an electrodeposition grindstone layer 43 which is fixed to an internal wall face of the second groove 47, and has a molding face 49 for molding a grindstone 20. An internal wall face of the first groove 44 is a slide face 46 on which the guide 14 slides. The slide face 46 and the molding face 49 form a cylinder face having an inside diameter which is the same with an inside diameter of a processed face after processing. Therefore, by making a honing tool 10 oscillate around an axial core AX while keeping a state that the grindstone 20 contacts with the molding face 49, and the guide 14 contacts with the slide face 46, the grindstone 20 can be molded without grinding the guide 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
