PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet folding device capable of increasing a loading amount of a sheet to which folding processing is performed that can be loaded on a loading part by reducing folding height of the sheet to which the folding processing is performed.SOLUTION: In the sheet folding device, press plates 219 and 220 for pressing a sheet P are included. In addition, press folding means, for making the press plates 219 and 220 nip and press the sheet P for performing press folding processing, composed of: press plate drive cam; a folding blade drive cam; a folding blade; a folding blade support rod; a side plate; and the like, is included. In the press plates 219 and 220 of the sheet folding device, temporary lock means 310a and 310b, for performing temporary lock processing to the sheet P when the folding processing is performed to the sheet by the press folding means, are included. |
