FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of biotechnological products in environmental and agricultural biotechnology. Method of culturing Pseudomonas bacteria envisages preparation of a liquid culture medium containing peptone, glycerine, MgSO, KHPO, titanium dioxide and water at a given ratio. Titanium dioxide is added into the nutrient medium in the form of an aqueous suspension, previously sterilized and processed by ultrasound with subsequent sterilization of the obtained culture medium. Microorganisms are introduced into the produced nutrient medium with further cultivation at the temperature of 28-30 °C during 24-32 h.EFFECT: invention increases output of biomass of bacteria.1 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl |
