PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepping error prevention device which prevents a stepping error between an accelerator pedal and a brake pedal, and can be quickly operated.SOLUTION: Tracking pedals 2 which are moved as a pair in order to increase operability are disposed coaxially on the inside of a main accelerator pedal 1, thereby, an arm a3 and an arm fastening plate 4 which are moved in cooperation are constituted, an arm b7 is integrated with an arm c8 provided with a pedal holding member 9 which is disposed rotatably on a pedal receiver 19 and holds the existing accelerator pedal, and a link mechanism which constitutes a rotation fulcrum with a support 11, and connects and couples an upper part of the arm a3 and an upper part of the arm b7 loaded with a torsion spring 24 with a joint 5 and a rod 6 is provided. Front and rear position adjusting means are disposed on the link mechanism. The pedal receiver 19 as a rear part of a stepping error prevention device between the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal is arranged in a longitudinal array on the rear side of the brake pedal; the arm b7 at the front part is arranged and fastened between the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal and the operations of an accelerator and the brake are performed in front and rear different directions such that stepping error does not occur. |
