OPTICAL SWITCH CONTROL METHOD AND DEVICE

An optical switch control method and device for reducing the impact of an optical link switch time overhead on memory access performance. The method comprises: an optical switch chip receives an optical link establishing request sent by a calculation node; the optical switch chip determines, according to indication information of a priority level of a first optical link required to be established as well as information relating to an existing optical link, whether the first optical link required to be established has a conflict with the existing optical link; if so, then on the basis of the priority level indication information of the first optical link, priority level indication information of the existing optical link, and link switching overhead of the conflicting optical link, determine whether or not to allow the first optical link to be established; if allowed, establish the optical link; if there is no conflict, establish the optical link.
