Heating element (100) with adjustable partition plates wherein heating medium stream (Hm) passes through collector tubes (2.1,2.2) which have fixed inserted partitions that are arranged in such a way that free interior cross section (Qi) is open to respective collector tube. Sealing plug (4) and respective opening (5) channelize the heating medium stream. The distribution of heating medium within the heating element is flexibly changeable. Heat pipes are positioned between hydraulic junction points and exhibit an opening.
