PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely reduce noise generated by electronic equipment mounted on a vehicle. SOLUTION: An ECU performs a program including a step (S100) of generating a PWM signal, a step (S200) of determining the time when a cancel wave is generated by a speaker 500 and an amplitude according to the generated PWM signal, a step (S300) of outputting the generated PWM signal to each IGBT driving circuit, and a step (S400) of generating the cancel wave by the speaker 500 at the determined time with the determined amplitude.
