A system and a method for servicing contents of a terminal having a multiple connection interface are provided to select a proper network among various networks to which a mobile terminal connects to receive a contents service, thereby increasing contents service availability and efficiency of network resources. A mobile terminal(100) accesses a contents service server through a wireless communication network(110) to receive a multimedia streaming service. A wire agent(120) provides information of a selected communication network to the mobile terminal. A wireless agent(125) provides information about a wireless network to the mobile terminal and connects the mobile terminal to a selected wireless network.
