A trip coil assembly of an earth leakage breaker is provided to enhance reliability by rotating a trip bar and tripping an opening/shutting device. A trip coil assembly of an earth leakage breaker includes a trip coil(11), a bobbin(10), a movable core(20), and a magnetism re-fixing core(14). The bobbin provides a supporter which is wound around the trip coil. The bobbin includes an internal cavity part. The movable core is moved to operate a trip bar of the earth leakage breaker to a trip position through the cavity part of the bobbin when the trip coil is magnetized. The magnetism re-fixing core is used for increasing magnetic absorbing force of the movable core to operate the trip bar to the trip position. The magnetism re-fixing core is fixed and installed at a bottom part of the bobbin.
