A sun roof of a vehicle is provided to prevent an operator's fingers from being caught in a gap formed between a glass and a support panel by making the glass and the support panel in one body. A sun roof of a vehicle comprises: a glass(10); a support panel(20) to support the glass; and a glass assembly(50) integrated by the glass and the support panel. The glass assembly consists of: a support panel whose one end closely adheres to the glass and the other end forms a predetermined gap while arranged at some distance from the glass; and a molding member(30) filled in the gap in order to integrate the glass and the other end of the support panel. The molding member is made of polyurethane materials. The support panel includes a connection part(25) formed by bending the end or the other end.
