A noise and vibration prevention exhaust air pipe structure is provided to prevent noise and vibration by arranging a noise and vibration preventing member on one side of an exhaust pipe. A noise and vibration prevention exhaust air pipe structure comprises an exhaust pipe(10) combined with a muffler of a vehicle; and a noise and vibration preventing member(20) preventing noise and vibration, arranged on one side of the exhaust pipe. A noise and vibration preventing member comprises a hanger rod(21) connecting an exhaust pipe and a chassis; and a bracket(22) arranged on the rod symmetrically.
