摘要 A flexible printed circuit board for forming a conductive circuit pattern by using a laser direct writing method, a manufacturing system thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a processing cost and to prevent environmental contamination by removing an etch process and stopping generation of metallic effluent. A base film is prepared to manufacture a polymer into which conductive particles are dispersed uniformly(P1). A laser is directly irradiated in a circuit pattern on the prepared base film(P2). The conductive particles are expressed by removing the epidermal polymer of the base film in a constant thickness through the laser irradiation process(P3). The base film including a seed is dipped into a plating bath. A conductive material is grown by using the seed as a base material. A pattern is formed by growing the conductive material(P4).
