An apparatus for preventing an air condenser of a vehicle from being damaged is provided to rotate a hinge member according to intrusion of a bumper beam to rotate an oil cooler to the front of the vehicle when vehicle collision is occurs to prevent the air condenser from being damaged. An apparatus for preventing an air condenser of a vehicle from being damaged includes an oil cooler bracket(4) and a hinge member(10). The oil cooler bracket is arranged behind a bumper beam attached to the front of the vehicle and combined with an oil cooler(3). The hinge member is hinge-combined with one side of the oil cooler bracket. The hinge bracket rotates the oil cooler to the front of the vehicle according to intrusion of the bumper beam in the event of vehicle collision.
