An integrated wired/wireless remote server control system is provided to perform a trouble processing business by inquiring a business server in the state that the security is enhanced by using the intrinsic hardware information, transmitted from an external registered terminal, for the authentication. A terminal(116) transmits its intrinsic hardware information and an IP address. If an interruption command for a transmission packet of the terminal is received, a control server(110) blocks the packet of the terminal having the corresponding IP address. In case the intrinsic hardware information is in discord with the previously authenticated intrinsic hardware information, a policy server(104) transmits the interruption command for the packet to the control server. One or more business servers(106) are connected to the policy server.
