Provided is an electric mat for both cold and warmth which can be universally used in summer and winter times, and which allows the user to listen to music while a user puts his or her head down on the electric mat. An electric mat for both cold and warmth comprises a refrigerant tube for supplying a refrigerant in the summer time, a heater wire for heating the mat body in the winter time, a mat body(1) in which the refrigerant tube and heater wire are arranged evenly, a compressor(5), a controller(7), an audio system(8), and a pillow(4). The compressor is connected to the refrigerant tube. The controller is equipped with a temperature control switch(6). The compressor and heater wire are connected to the controller and installed within the pillow and mat body together with the audio system.
