Provided are an array substrate, a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device, capable of increasing the adhesion of a passivation layer and a transparent electrode layer, thus preventing the transparent electrode layer from falling off during photoresist stripping. The array substrate comprises a thin-film transistor (TFT10) arranged on the surface of a base substrate (01), a first passivation layer (200) arranged above the thin-film transistor (TFT10), and a transparent electrode layer (300) arranged on the surface of the first passivation layer (200). The first passivation layer (200) comprises a first thin film sublayer (210) and a second thin film sublayer (211) arranged on the surface of the first thin film sublayer (210) and in contact with the transparent electrode layer (300), where the thin film density of the second thin film sublayer (211) is greater than that of the first thin film sublayer (210).
