PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve light emission efficiency of an LED and at the same time, reduce temperature of a motor of a cooling fan to prevent performance deterioration of the cooling fan, in a bulb type LED lamp.SOLUTION: An LED lamp has a mouthpiece, an LED substrate having a polygonal cross section and formed into a cylindrical shape, an LED element mounted on the outside of the LED substrate, a heat sink mounted on the inside of the LED substrate, an open hole formed on the inside of the heat sink, a cooling fan arranged between the mouthpiece and the heat sink, and a translucent cover. A spacer is provided between the cooling fan and the heat sink. The cooling fan has a motor, and an annular open hole around the motor. The spacer has a center member, an annular member around the central member, and an open hole between the center member and the annular member. The open hole of the spacer is arranged so as to match with the open hole of the cooling fan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
