PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a processed food which makes green and yellow vegetables such as Brassica rapa L. var. hakabura further delicious.SOLUTION: A method for producing a Brassica rapa L. var. hakabura processed food includes: preparing Brassica rapa l. var. hakabura pickles; squeezing the Brassica rapa l. var. hakabura pickles; centrifugally separating the squeezed Brassica rapa l. var. hakabura pickles so as to remove moisture therefrom; and adding to the centrifugally separated Brassica rapa l. var. hakabura pickles, powder seasoning, and 50-200 pts.wt. of dextrin based on 1,000 pts.wt. of the centrifugally separated Brassica rapa l. var. hakabura pickles. A method for producing a green and yellow vegetable processed food includes preparing salted Brassica rapa, Japanese radish leaves or spinach as green and yellow vegetables followed by processing in the same steps.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
