PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load applied to a cable when the cable is rapidly pulled.SOLUTION: A cable processing device 4 includes: a cable drum 10 supported so as to rotate relative to a base part 9 and around which a cable 3 is wound; a motor 11 having a motor output shaft 17 connected to the cable drum 10; a casing 18 having a cylindrical outer peripheral surface and provided in the motor 11; a constant load spring 12 including one end part connected to the base part 9 and the other end part connected to the outer peripheral surface and providing a constant load in a rotation direction such that the cable drum 10 takes up the cable 3; and measuring means which measures a drawing amount of the constant load spring 12. The cable processing device 4 includes a control device which controls rotation of the motor 11 so that the drawing amount of the constant load spring 12 is in a predetermined range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
