PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-safety composition which is derived from a natural material, has no possibility of onset of Xanthinuria, and has an effect of reducing a uric acid value in human blood, and a food/drink having a composition for reducing a uric acid value in blood for prevention or treatment as an active ingredient.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition having an effect of reducing a uric acid value in human blood which is created by mixing a flat lemon lactic acid fermented product and a papaya lactic acid fermented product which contain a component derived from flat lemon (Citrus depressa) being a specialty from Okinawa and papaya, and flat lemon peel extract, and there is also provided a food/drink having a composition for reducing a uric acid value in blood for prevention or treatment as active ingredient.SELECTED DRAWING: None
