PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized electrostatic field generation device that can be driven by the application of a low voltage, and does not require a grounding structure.SOLUTION: An electrostatic field generation device includes a positive electrode conductive material group 110, a positive voltage application device 120 for applying a positive potential, a negative electrode conductive material group 130, a negative voltage application device 140 for applying a negative potential, and a non-grounding circuit 150 provided with a connection line 151 for directly coupling a connection terminal 122 connected to a negative pole terminal of a battery 124 of the positive voltage application device 120 and a connection terminal 142 connected to a negative pole terminal of a battery 144 of the negative voltage application device 140. The continuous electrostatic field generation device is formed by differences between the potential applied to the positive electrode conductive material group 110 and the potential applied to the negative electrode conductive material group 130. A conductive material 101 may be a dielectric coating body coated with a dielectric material. An electron drawn from the positive electrode conductive material group 110 is supplied to the negative electrode conductive material group 130 through the connection line of the non-grounding circuit 150, thereby eliminating the need of electron transfer through grounding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
