Disclosed is an automatic Tetrapanax papyriferus core pressing device, comprising a pressing bed (1), a pressing device (2) and a clamping device (3), wherein the pressing bed (1) comprises a frame (4), a first power element (5), a second power element (6) and a controller (7); the pressing device (2) comprises a pressing core (8) and a pressing head (9); the clamping device (3) comprises a front clamping film (10) and a rear positioning film (11); a base of the first power element (5), a base of the second power element (6), the front clamping film (10) and the rear positioning film (11) are all mounted on the frame (4); and the pressing core (8) is connected to a power rod (12) of the first power element (5), the pressing head (9) is connected to the pressing core (8), and the second power element (6) is connected to the front clamping film (10). When Tetrapanax papyriferus cores (15) are processed, the clamping device (3) is used to clamp the Tetrapanax papyriferus plant (13), and the pressing device (2) is used to press the Tetrapanax papyriferus core (15) out of the Tetrapanax papyriferus plant (13), thereby improving the processing efficiency of Tetrapanax papyriferus cores. Furthermore, the pressing core (8) can be formed of a spring (16) to process Tetrapanax papyriferus plants which are not straight. |
