The purpose of the present invention is to provide an attachment structure that can simplify the work involved in attaching a fuel injection valve to a fuel injection valve receiving part. This fuel injection apparatus comprising a fuel rail and a fuel injection valve is provided with a first locking mechanism 109, 209a that restricts movement of a fuel injection valve 200 toward a fuel injection valve receiving part 103 in the direction of a center axis line and a second locking mechanism 110, 207 that restricts rotational movement of the fuel injection valve 200 about the center axis line. The second locking mechanism has: a protrusion 207 that protrudes radially and is formed on one of the fuel injection valve receiving part 103 or the fuel injection valve 200; and a fitting groove 110b that is formed on the other and in which the protrusion 207 fits. When the fuel injection valve 200 is rotated about the center axis line, a locked state is obtained as a result of engagement sections 109 and 209a of the first locking mechanism being engaged and the protrusion 207 of the second locking mechanism being fitted in the fitting groove 110b. |
