A flexible display device 10 includes a flexible substrate FB and a conductive pattern CP. The flexible substrate FB includes a bending part BF in which bending can occur. At least a portion of the conductive pattern CP is disposed on the bending part BF and the conductive pattern CP includes conductive grains GR each having a size of 10 nm to 100 nm so as to ensure sufficient conductivity and bending reliability.
