PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device with a heating function capable of properly heating the food eaten in a heated state, while storing the food eaten in a cooled state as it is. SOLUTION: This cooling device 21 with the heating function comprises a storage part 23a for storing the food, and a cooling means 31 for keeping the food eaten in the heated state and the food eaten in the cooled state in the storage part 23a under a low-temperature state by supplying the cold air into the storage part 23a. The cooling device 21 with the heating function comprises a heat means 46 for heating the food eaten in the heated state in the storage part 23a without heating the food eaten in the cooled state in the storage part 23a.
