PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence-measuring apparatus, having a plurality of interference filters capable of selectively switching them without using a filter wheel, capable of adding additional filters, without replacing the interfarence filters and capable of achieving miniaturization and ease in operational aspects. SOLUTION: In this fluorescence-measuring apparatus, a probe 16, where the interference filter 45 for floodlight projection and the interference filter 42 for light detection are arranged as a pair, is selected according to the measurement conditions, and the selected probe 16 is fitted to a fiber-holding member 15 made to move to the region above the well 19 of a microplate 18, and the sample 20 in the well 19 is irradiated with exciting light to measure excited emitted fluorescence.
