PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem with the lowering of a service life by the combination of a long-life shaft with a pivotally supporting member by improving the relatively rotating shaft and the pivotally supporting shaft to prevent deposits from being accumulated between bearings and abnormal heating from occurring by slidable movement. SOLUTION: This pump comprises a roughly cylindrical body 2 forming a casing, a rotating body 3 installed in the roughly cylindrical body 2 and rotated, by a drive means on the outside of the roughly cylindrical body 2, integrally with an impeller 4 in a casing formed integrally with the roughly cylindrical body 2 and supported by the shaft 5, and annular pivotally supporting members 6 and 8 fitted to the inner peripheral part of the rotating body 3 and rotated relative to the shaft 5. The shaft 5 and the pivotally supporting members 6 and 8 form dynamic pressure grooves 6a and 8a or one-way grooves 6b and 8b generating the flow of a fluid in either of the shaft 5 and the pivotally supporting members 6 and 8 by the relative rotation thereof.
