<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide clothes for walking, fixing and maintaining a walking form. <P>SOLUTION: This clothes for walking is provided with a holding part for holding an angle formed by bending the elbow within 60° by utilizing interlocking of the arms with the legs, whereby when a user walks holding the holding part, he can walk in the most effective walking for the waist to cancel biasing. The walking is essentially the laterally uniform motion and 10,000 to 20,000 steps per day is a suitable count.
