PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the throughput capacity of a cylindrical treating machine by fitting a double screw blade in the cylindrical treating machine to be used for decomposing cow dung, hog dung, leftovers, sludge or ooze. SOLUTION: The throughput capacity of the treating machine is improved by turning the treating machine itself right and left. The time to agitate cow dung etc. is shortened by fitting the double screw blade in the treating machine. Since the treating machine is turned by using a tire, it is not necessary to be anxious about the noise.
