PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder sprayer capable of spraying a powder material to overlie the top surface of a substrate to be conveyed to be uniformly and thickly. SOLUTION: The powder sprayer is provided with a hopper 2 to be fed with the powder material 1, a rotary feeder 3 installed in the hopper 2 and allowing the powder material 1 in the hopper 2 to drop to the lower side by rotatingly driving, a belt feeder 4 receiving the powder material 1 dropping from the hopper 2 and conveying it, a controller for an amount of a conveyed material 5 arranged above the belt feeder 4 with the gap and controlling the amount of the powder material 1 conveyed by passing through the gap, and a scraping rotor 6 scraping away the powder material 1 to the lower side and spraying it by rotatingly driving while coming in contact with the powder material 1 conveyed up to the downstream end part of the belt feeder 4.
