<p>A telephone call management system for a viewer of an integrated telephone-television system, the system including a viewer input module to receive an instruction from the viewer to suspend at least one notification of at least some incoming telephone calls until after an end of an audio-video event, a call notification suspension module operationally connected to the viewer input module, the call notification suspension module being operative to suspend the at least one notification to the viewer until after the end of the audio-video event, and an end of event determination module operationally connected to the call notification suspension module, the end of event determination module being operative to determine the end of the audio-video event.
