A blasting noise reducing method is provided to install, dismantle, and keep the blasting noise reducing device very easily, minimize noise pollution according to blasting, secure safety of blasting operation and improve proceeding efficiency of construction, and a blasting noise reducing device for suitably realizing the method is provided. As a device for absorbing and reducing blasting air pressure generated during blasting of a tunnel, a device for reducing blasting noise comprises: an air tube(10) of which an external appearance corresponds to cross-section of the tunnel, which has a cross-sectional area larger than that of the tunnel, which is located in a way that the air tube is spaced from a blasting position, which has a plurality of fine vent holes(14) formed in a front face(12) thereof opposite to the blasting position, in which air is filled to a predetermined pressure, and which is closely adhered to an inner wall of the tunnel to buffer and cut off an advance of blasting air pressure; a blowing unit(20) which is connected to a back face(13) of the air tube, and which consistently supplies air toward the front face of the air tube within the air tube to expand the air tube and eject a blocking air stream of a predetermined air pressure toward the blasting position through the fine vent holes formed of the front face of the air tube at the same time; and a porous sound absorbing material adhered to front and rear faces of the air tube to absorb and vanish blasting air pressure energy. |
