The sliding unit (3) has recesses and/or raised units, where the sliding unit is arranged between an internal body (1) and an external body (2) of a bearing i.e. hinge bearing (G). The recesses are distributed and are formed in the form of regularly or irregularly divided apertures and/or trough-shaped and/or groove-shaped recesses, where the sliding unit is designed in the form of a perforated sliding foil. The raised units are integrated in or arranged on the foil, where the interior body is made of materials such as glass-reinforced plastic (GRP).
