A rolling bearing at least having an outer ring (10) and inner ring (20) arranged so as to be relatively rotatable and rolling bodies (40) rollably assembled between the outer and inner rings, wherein the outer ring is fitted in a housing (not shown) and the inner ring is fitted on a shaft (not shown), thereby the outer and inner rings supporting rotation between the shaft and the housing. An O-ring (30) is installed in either or both of a place between a fitting surface (not shown) of the housing and an outer diameter surface (13) of the outer ring and a place between a fitting surface of the shaft and an inner diameter surface (23) of the inner ring. The O-ring is made of an elastic material having a reduced friction coefficient against the fitting surface of the housing and the outer diameter surface of the outer ring and against the fitting surface of the shaft and the inner diameter surface of the inner ring.
