PURPOSE: Barbecued sweet-and-sour pork using animal and poultry and a preparation method thereof are provided to exhibit low trans-fat and saturated fatty acid to prevent all kinds of cardiovascular diseases and high blood pressure. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing barbecued sweet-and-sour pork using animal and poultry comprises: a first step of smoking and barbecuing animal and poultry in an oak charcoal kiln for 2 hours; a second step of molding into several shapes; a third step of powdering the molded pork and poultry and putting various kinds of nuts on the powdered pork and poultry; and a fourth step of baking in an oven at 180c ~ 200°C for 3 minutes.
