PURPOSE: An MFI zeolite thin film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the efficiency of a molecular thin film by forming the zeolite thin film with thin thickness. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an MFI zeolite thin film aligned to b-axis comprises the following steps of: attaching or generating zeolite or similar molecular seed crystals on a base material; putting the base material into MFI zeiolite synthesis gel including a 'structure-directing agent'; and growing the zeolite or the similar molecular seed crystals.
