EFFICIENCY IMPROVING METHOD OF HANDOVER LATENCY

PURPOSE: A handover latency performance improving method and a system thereof are provided to realize the fast handover. CONSTITUTION: A terminal transmits a handover code ranging message to a base station(S210). The base station determines whether the handover code ranging message is transmitted within a candidate management threshold range(S220) and transmits a response message and a correction value to the terminal(S250). The correction value corrects the terminal within a proper threshold range.
