A stacked semiconductor device comprises a plurality of core chips and a base chip. Each of the plurality of core chips comprises a plurality of channels. Each of the plurality of channels can include at least two pseudo channels. Each of the plurality of core chips can include a channel selection unit for selecting one or more of the at least two pseudo channels based on a channel mode signal, a pseudo channel signal, a stacked information signal, and a slice information signal. Therefore, the stacked semiconductor device is easily controlled wherein a bandwidth of the stacked semiconductor device is expanded. |
